Job Description:
1. Perform inspections and operate and maintain testing instruments in strict accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs); conduct physical and chemical testing independently, including reagent preparation, on-site sampling, laboratory analysis, and report preparation; provide on-site technical guidance to enhance the Testing Center’s analytical capabilities.
2. Investigate and re-test any non-conformities identified during testing; ensure proper documentation, feedback, and reporting in compliance with internal procedures; conduct monthly and annual statistical analyses of laboratory benchmarking results and prepare analytical reports with recommendations for quality improvement.
3. Support the implementation of the company’s management systems, participate in internal and external audits, and ensure effective system execution within the role.
Job Requirements:
1. Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines (e.g., Chemical Engineering and Technology, Industrial Biotechnology).
2. Hands-on laboratory experience preferred.

Job Description:
1. Develop master alloy reference materials for titanium alloys/superalloys; participate in the R&D of master alloys for specific grades of titanium alloys and superalloys.
2. Prepare, manage, and maintain technical documentation for master alloy products; lead applications for technical project approvals, new process validation, and intellectual property filings.
3. Conduct research and introduction of new technologies, methods, materials, and projects; apply appropriate statistical tools for data analysis and support new product development initiatives.
4. Keep track of the company’s product quality information, analyze quality trends, put forward opinions or suggestions for quality improvement, and carry out quality improvement initiatives in a timely manner.
5. Organize the Quality Management Department and Production Department to conduct quality analysis, optimize processes, and take preventive measures against quality incidents.
6. Formulate enterprise internal control standards for raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products in accordance with product quality requirements; master the rules of quality fluctuation by means of scientific methods such as statistical techniques, and continuously improve predictive capability.
7. Coordinate and resolve internal and external technical issues and related matters.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Materials Physics, Nonferrous Metallurgy, or related fields.
