Quality Control System

The company has established a rigorous and effective integrated management system covering quality, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety. We have obtained certifications for ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and AS/EN 9100 Aerospace Quality Management System. In addition, our Testing Center has achieved CNAS Laboratory Accreditation.

Quality Control

The company implements full-chain quality inspections covering raw material intake, manufacturing processes, and finished product dispatch. Standardized testing procedures are strictly enforced, following the principle of “do not accept, do not produce, do not release” defective items. Adopting the philosophy of the “Next Operation as Customer,” the company exercises meticulous control over all key factors, including personnel, equipment, materials, methods, environment, and testing.

Quality Control Superiority

Independent Testing and Inspection Laboratory

The company possesses a professional testing team equipped with world-leading sample preparation and analytical instruments, including microwave digestion systems, ICP-OES, CS analyzers, ONH analyzers, and ICP-MS/MS. A cleanroom laboratory has been established to meet the environmental requirements for ultra-trace element analysis via ICP-MS/MS.

The laboratory offers a full range of analytical capabilities, from classical chemical analysis to advanced spectroscopic and mass spectrometric techniques. The testing scope covers major components, trace and ultra-trace elements, as well as gas elements such as CS and ONH. Additionally, the laboratory has advanced optical microscopes, grinding and polishing machines, field emission scanning electron microscopes, hardness testers, and ultrasonic flaw detectors, enabling comprehensive evaluation of material microstructure, physical properties, and metallurgical defects.

Quality control across raw materials, semi-finished and finished products

The company emphasizes rigorous quality control at every stage—from incoming materials to in-process and final products. All incoming raw materials and finished products are 100% tested following standardized inspection procedures. Quality control measures are implemented for each batch of samples to ensure objective and accurate test results. Each production process strictly adheres to standard operating procedures, follows the “Three No’s” principle (Do Not Accept, Do Not Produce, Do Not Deliver defective products), and embraces the philosophy of the “Next Operation as Customer.” This approach ensures meticulous management of personnel, equipment, materials, methods, environment, and testing, guaranteeing product quality.

Well-established management systems, regulations and work instructions

The company implements standardized management practices, establishing and enforcing standards for raw material inspection, production process work instructions, analytical methods, corporate standards, and all related regulations. A robust process traceability system is in place, documenting every step from raw material receipt and process monitoring to final product inspection and shipment. This ensures complete product traceability. A quality archive and sample storage room have been established for long-term sample retention.

Sound customer service system

The Sales Department, guided by the customer service plan, engages with clients through phone calls, visits, and other channels to promptly understand their needs, assess product performance, and gather improvement suggestions. The department ensures high-quality service throughout the pre-sale, in-sale, and post-sale stages.
